3. Trading Risk Warning

Cryptocurrency and algorithmic trading involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your capital.

By using TopBlast's products and services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can move against your position rapidly and without warning.
• Past performance of any algorithm, strategy, or signal is not indicative of future results.
• No trading strategy can guarantee profits. Total loss of invested capital is possible.
• Automated systems may experience technical failures, latency issues, or bugs that could result in unintended trades or financial loss.
• Regulatory and market conditions affecting cryptocurrencies can change rapidly and may affect the viability or legality of trading in your jurisdiction.
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make, including those informed by TopBlast tools or data.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

4. No Guarantee of Performance or Returns

TopBlast makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• The profitability, accuracy, or reliability of any algorithm, strategy, signal, or tool.
• Any specific rate of return or level of performance.
• The continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of our services.
• The suitability of any product for your financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

Any performance data or backtested results are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.

5. Eligibility

To use TopBlast services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where accessing or using cryptocurrency trading tools is restricted or prohibited by law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

6.1 Permitted

You may use TopBlast services for your own personal or commercial algorithmic trading research, in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

6.2 Prohibited

You must not use TopBlast services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws, AML regulations, or sanctions requirements.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or logic of any TopBlast algorithm or system.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content, data, or algorithms without our express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into our systems.
• Use our services in a way that damages, disables, or impairs our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise our tools or outputs without a separate written agreement with TopBlast.
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any other deceptive trading practice.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in TopBlast's websites, products, algorithms, trading strategies, software, designs, and all other content ("TopBlast IP") are owned by or licensed to TopBlast.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or licence beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

"TopBlast", "HyperBlitz", "PolyBlitz", and associated logos and marks are trademarks of TopBlast. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TopBlast and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial or trading losses arising from your use of our services.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our content, data, algorithms, or tools.
• Any decisions you make in reliance on information provided by TopBlast.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TopBlast and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any trading activity you conduct using our tools.

Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. TopBlast accepts no responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party platforms is at your own risk.

11. Termination and Suspension

TopBlast reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services for any reason — including violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by law. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TopBlast services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after updated Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we may notify registered users by email.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any provision at any time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TopBlast with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
